Emi Otonashi works as a sound designer in the city.
One day, a mysterious noise and widespread signal interference suddenly occur across the city. Communications collapse, and a gigantic shadow appears in the sky, spreading fear among the people.

Emi flees to a countryside villa with her niece Michiru and nephew Kaito.
Surrounded by the quiet forest, she begins to notice a strange pattern hidden within the noise.

Perhaps it is not merely a signal disturbance.

As the mysterious noise spreads across the world and the shadow remains in the sky, Emi and the others must confront an unseen presence while facing their own fears.
